1. Orders & acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order. A 48-hour minimum lead time applies; wedding cakes require 2–4 weeks.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include all applicable production costs. Tax and delivery fees are added at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before delivery for a full refund. Within 72 hours, a 50% restocking fee applies. Wedding contracts override this policy.
4. Delivery
We are not liable for damage occurring after delivery has been completed. Recipients should refrigerate cakes immediately upon receipt.
5. Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and tree nuts. We make every effort to avoid cross-contamination but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Intellectual property
All photography, copy, and designs are the property of our bakery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
