How far in advance should I order?

We require a minimum of 48 hours for most cakes, and 2–4 weeks for wedding cakes and bespoke creations. Earlier is always better — our calendar fills quickly during spring and autumn.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver throughout Oulton Broad, Lowestoft and the surrounding Suffolk area. Delivery fees start at £5 and scale with distance. Wedding-cake delivery includes on-site assembly.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Many of our cakes can be adapted for gluten-free, dairy-free or nut-free diets. Please note any allergens in the special-requests field when ordering, or contact us first for severe allergies.

Can I customise a cake beyond what's listed?

Absolutely. Use the contact form to describe your vision — colours, flavours, decorations — and our pastry chef will reply with a proposal within one business day.

Question 5

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. Within 72 hours, a 50% restocking fee applies. Wedding orders have a separate policy in your booking contract.

How should I store the cake at home?

Accepted Answer

Keep refrigerated until 1–2 hours before serving. Buttercream cakes are at their best at room temperature; ganache cakes are best slightly chilled.
