When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order history. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card information.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to fulfil your order, send delivery confirmations, and respond to your enquiries. If you opt in, we may also send you our seasonal newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Who we share with
We share information only with the providers we need to operate: Stripe for payments, our email provider for confirmations, and our delivery courier where applicable. We never sell your data.
